8 Tips for Being Successful on your License Case
- Read our emails! They contain important information related to your specific case and what can be expected. They provide an important outline of what's to come.
- If you need correspondence via mail rather than e-mail, please let us know. We are more than happy to send things out in the mail if it will get you moving quicker.
- Send us your $8 unattested driving record if you haven’t already: https://www.mass.gov/how-to/request-a-driving-record Please forward it to: [email protected]
- If you scheduled a virtual Registry hearing prior to retaining our firm, please let us know.
- If you have filed an appeal with the Division of Insurance Board of Appeals prior to retaining our firm, please let us know. You would have filed with a $50 check via USPS mail. Further, if you have received a hearing date from the Board of Appeals, please send a copy of the notice to [email protected]
- Please complete the questionnaire we sent out; this will help us to get a better understanding of your history prior to retaining us and your background. We use this questionnaire internally. The questionnaire itself is never presented to the Registry or the Board of Appeals.
- Do not hesitate to call us with any questions. When we send out emails there is a lot of information. Take the time to read through the emails, but always know you can call the office with questions. Our office number is (978) 612-6447.
- Keep us informed when you schedule appointments and evaluations. The Registry only accepts medical forms and evaluations dated within 30 days of the scheduled hearing. The only exception is the Vision Screening form which is valid for 90 days. Once we know the date of your appointment, we can file for a hearing within the appropriate timeframe.
