    • 3rd Offense –  8 year license suspension
    • 4th Offense –  10 year license suspension

    • 1 to 5 year license suspension.
  • Larceny of a Motor Vehicle & Use without Authority:
    • License suspension for one to three years.
  • Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license:
    • License suspension for 60 days to one year.
  • Driving to Endanger:
